Thanks for checking out the listing. Yes, it did take some effort. We needed to schedule an estate sale, then get it cleaned and staged. Absolutely worth every minute, though. It is such a lovely property just up the hill from the beach, walking distance to the harbor and golf courses all around it. It's one of those properties that makes working in real estate fun.
